Application for Casual Service and/or Top-Up Bandwidth 2017

In order for you to get connected to our Easycoms network, you will need a Mikrotik router. You can purchase it yourself, or as a service, we could order it for you. The cost of the equipment to connect you to your service will be R1, 995 payable on signature of your application. For longer links such as farms over 10km away, R2, 995 as stronger equipment is needed. Cost for travel and installation will be R 642.00

Your service will only be activated after we have received your signed application, a Geomatic survey has been done to confirm that we can connect you to our service, and payment for the installation together with your total for the casual data and line rental for the selected time period, minimum of one month line rental (line speed selected) will apply.

We will schedule a suitable time for installation, normally within 3 working days. Please ensure that the PC you will be using is on site. You will need to be present during the installation to check that you are satisfied and that all functions are working properly. You will be asked to sign off the installation. Should you have any problem whatsoever, we are able to assist with remote technical support during office hours (8 am till 4 pm – Monday to Friday) Please ensure you have enough casual data via the bandwidth monitoring facility provided.

Should you need any additional bandwidth, we are a call away and we can activate it for you immediately after payment has been received, please note that payments for any additional invoices must be made in advance (prepaid) and proof of payment sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. All Casual services are prepaid and will only be activated once proof of payment has been received by the EasyComs representative attending to your application. Please see our T&C’s.
